Introducing 
Anthony McGloin, Managing Director
Anthony is an experienced Company Director, Speaker, Master Business Coach and Author, with a successful track record in business ownership and development, general management, sales & marketing, team building and training.
He is a qualified Master Business Coach and Trainer who has worked with hundreds of companies in the UK and worldwide, helping them TRANSFORM their Businesses - and their lives too, as a result.
A keynote speaker at business conferences for over 25 years, he has been interviewed many times on radio - to audiences of millions - and was recently featured on BBC, Sky and the Business Channel.
He works with Business Owners and Entrepreneurs thoughout the world and his programmes are consistently rated among the very best in Business today.
His personal experience includes major international companies, smaller specialist organisations, start-up operations and family run enterprises. He has helped rescue failing companies and maximise profits in successful ones, personally managing teams of 2 to 150 and budgets of £25k to £35m.
He invests a great deal in his own personal development and has been coached and mentored by some of the best in the world. He continually to learn new skills - and passes on this knowledge to others.
He co-authored The Business Coach (Amazon Top 30) in 2005 and has recently published 'Creating A REMARKABLE YOU!' – an inspirational guide to fulfilling your true potential in life. His passion is for making a difference and achieving results – and he looks for future clients with similar passion & commitment.
He enjoys life with his wife Julie, and is enormously proud of his three children Nathalie, Claire and Michael, who are all forging exciting careers and futures for themselves. He looks back on experiences as varied as playing representative sport, having John Lennon arrange all the Beatles’ autographs for him…and meeting Nelson Mandela, who told Anthony he was an “inspiration”.

Julie McGloin, Director
Julie started her career at the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, near to her home in the Adirondack mountains of upstate New York.
Moving to warmer climes in Phoenix, Arizona, Julie worked with Marriott Resorts and Doubletree Hotels in a very competitive market, prior to taking on a senior role at the Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau.
As Director of Tourism, her work with this public/private sector membership organisation included promoting over 1200 companies throughout the world, and hosting international trade shows, managing arrangements for up to 5000 delegate companies at any one time. Julie was instrumental in establishing international flights into Phoenix, now a major international destination. Her love of music and a talent for singing led her to record a promotional song for Arizona with Glen Campbell’s band.
Moving to England to start a new life with Anthony, Julie was retained by many of her clients to set up UK marketing offices to develop their businesses successfully in Europe. She became the UK representative for Protea Hotels, the largest Southern Africa Hotel group, and Chairperson of the Southern Africa Tour Operators Association.
Continuing her involvement with the Learning and Skills industry, Julie is now Director of Straight Forward Success Ltd, Being both highly organised and a “people person”, Julie has played a large part in the many awards their business has won and enjoys seeing the dramatic developments (both in business and personal levels) that the company brings to their clients.
Julie has herself graduated from many personal and business development programmes and continually invests in her ongoing learning and development. Having been involved in Conservation Charities, her love of the outdoors often finds her exploring the countryside with her loyal Leonberger companions.
